First courses:

Strangolapreti with mushrooms and sausage
Strangolapreti with garden vegetables
Spelt salad with cheese, raisins, olives, and dried fruit

Second courses

Platter of aged and fresh cheese with honey, cured meats, and cracklings
Cheese and herb tart with lentils and onions
